Q 1: Hello. Is there an accessible powerpoint to charge an electric car? Thanks

A: yes there is a point available. There will be an additional charge of $20 per night for this due to the increase cost of power. Alternatively there is a new fast charge station at Yanakie or Fish Creek.

Q 2: Hi, how far are the closest restaurants and cafes please?

A: Foster is about 20 minutes drive, there is a variety of food options. Fish Creek is around 20 minutes drive. Locally about 5 kms away, a general store where you can purchase supplies and a pizza shop time of year determines opening hours for this.

Q 3: Hi, could you please confirm if I am allowed to bring 2 indoor cats during my stay? They are not gonna leave the room. Thank you

A: No I am sorry we do not allow pets.

Q 4: One earlier review mentioned a coffee machine is available, is it still true, if so, what type? Is there a dishwasher?

A: Yes its still true we provide a pod machine, with pods included. We also supply instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. No unfortunately we do not have a dishwasher in the cabins. I hope this helps.

Q 5: Do you allow guests with EVs to plug their car in overnight? Only uses around 2kW/hour.

A: Yes certainly, we do run mainly on solar and battery banks so preference would be in some daylight hours if you possible?

Q 6: Is a small dog allowed?

A: Thanks for your enquiry regarding bringing a small dog. Unfortunately we do not permit guests to bring their pets when staying here. Regards, Prom Gate Getaway management.

Q 7: Are there rooms with a sea view?

A: There are still rooms available with a sea view.

Q 8: Is there a swimming pool?

A: Prom Gate Getaway does not have a swimming pool.
